Mio Spazio Residences was born out of a deeply personal vision – one shaped by the founder’s own personal experiences as a student and working professional who rented different boarding houses in Cebu City.

My name is Estrella Regner Quinto with nicknames “Bituin” & Beth , built this place with a clear intention to personally offer what I personally wished I had found more often – a clean secure and thoughtfully designed living space that balances comfort, function and peace of mind.

Mio Spazio Residences is my answer to the gap.
